As an owner of a Vitamix, when purchasing their machine, a recipe book is included with the purchase. In the recipe book, it has a hummus dip to make in their blender. On their website, they also have various recipes on varying flavors of Hummus. This recipe is a basic Hummus dip. I enjoyed making this dip and it required just a few ingredients and was easy and quick to make. Enjoy your hummus and take it to a party! Plus, it is a healthier alternative spread than butter or margarine on your favorite bagel, toast, or pita bread.
