Delicious Alaskan Marinated Salmon

Delicious Alaskan Marinated Salmon

Out of ideas for dinner but want the flavors in your salmon without the high cost of dining at a fine dining restaurant? Check out Costco’s option in their frozen section. We purchased a box of Copper River Wild Seafood-Wild Alaskan Marinated Salmon Portions (6-7 individually wrapped pieces, roughly $14.99 a box). It was our first time trying out the marinade on this salmon and boy was it worth it. I popped the pieces of salmon in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. In addition, I steamed corn on the cob, made some pasta and topped it with the remaining sauce from the salmon to make a quick and budget friendly meal. Implementing the sauce from the salmon, the pasta tasted great once after it was mixed. The meal was simple yet delicious. If you haven’t tried one of these Alaskan Marinated Portions or find one at your local market if you’re not a Costco member, it’s worth it!

This is the marinated Alaskan Salmon we purchased from Costco. It is super good.
