Materials needed for making your own Elsa Snow Queen Costume

  • Some wide poly charmeuse that is approximately 45″
  • A paint brush
  • Pinking shears
  • Fabric Scissors
  • Some wide poly organza, approximately 45″
  • One yard of 3/4″ elastic
  • Some fusible hem tape
  • One Ruler or measuring tape
  • Fabric thread
  • Some 1″ wide ribbon by 2 yards (could be velvet or satin)
  • A white acrylic paint
  • Pins for sewing
  • One seam ripper
  • An iron
  • A sewing machine
  • Some large safety pins
