Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli with Basil Pesto

Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli with Basil Pesto

What’s for dinner tonight? I am sure we have all asked ourselves this very simple question at least a couple times a day or within the week. Sometimes having a variety of ideas and an assortment of dishes to eat and cook for dinner is often daunting. If you want something different from what you normally cook for the week, I have discovered this delicious recipe purchased from Costco Wholesale. If you do not have a membership to Costco Wholesale, check out your local market and/or Sam’s Club to pick up this delicious recipe or similar to that of Grilled Chicken and Mozzarella Ravioli by Pasta Prima 100% Natural with Kirkland Genovese Basil Pesto.

You ask me, how did I come to decide on this Ravioli pack amongst other possible options for dinner? I felt that chicken and mozzarella sounded tasty but what encouraged me more to choose this one was because it stated that it had No Artificial Flavors, Colors or Preservatives, Minimally Processed and no Artificial Ingredients. With these healthier attributes of this Ravioli packet from Pasta Prima, it was worth a shot.

To my surprise the combination of both the ravioli and the sauce was a a very filling and tasty meal that resembled a pasta dish at a restaurant but with fraction of the cost. With that excellent flavor and with some boiling of water and mixing the ravioli with the pesto sauce once the ravioli was done cooking, it was perfect! I am so glad that I tried this pasta pack and sauce because it is a healthier choice but still having the fun in consuming ravioli.

You must try out the two combinations of the two and tell me how you think of them? What are your dinner ideas? Have you tried a better pasta pack?
