Pancake in a Rice Cooker

Pancake in a Rice Cooker

With all the hype about making a pancake in a rice cooker, I thought to give it a try. I purchased a Krusteaz Light & Fluffy Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix Just Add Water from Costco. I used a Cuckoo Electric Rice Cooker and the results were amazing! The pancake came out as pictured like the other websites from LifeHacker and from

. The pancake tasted just the same if not better than making it in a pan. With the size of the pancake, it really was like a small cake. Add a little decoration to this ginormous pancake and make it a breakfast birthday cake! This experiment was super fun and easy to do. Plus it was a very easy clean up process without needing to clean a pan along with a spatula and no oil needed! Give it a shot and here are my results!!
